Ruzickov dom company, Ltd. is a member of Teraz group. It was established for a purpose of the construction of an apartment house on the site of the previous historic Ružiček's house. It was designed by the famous architect Michal Maximilián Scheer and is situated on the corner between Predmestská and Spanyolova streets and the house of the former Diocesan Charity.
